ACH Again

This was her face after she got to eat something for the first time in 36+ hours!!! An oreo -- of course.

Libby got to go on a little wagon ride around the hospital. She had her pacifier in mouth and her lipstick in her hand. She was ready for anything!!!

Her belly looks much better than this now. You can't even tell she had anything done around her belly button now.


I am a little behind. Libby had her g-button placed on October 14th. She did really well. She is doing really good right now. The first day after surgery was hard -- she still couldn't eat. We actually ended up giving her morphine a couple of times. We weren't sure if she was hurting or if she was just hungry. She was hillarious on the morphine! She would sit up while asleep. When she did finally wake up -- she was looking at her hand like it was brand new, or like it was covered in purple men or something. Anyway, here are some pictures of our stay and what her belly looked like after surgery. She is actually almost smiling in one of them ( it was probably the drugs!!!)!!
